PRIVACY

GLOBALSeek.net is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of GLOBALSeek.net’s Internet server software. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. Information tracked includes the type of internet browser being used by the visitor (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system (e.g., Macintosh, Windows) in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider. SUBMISSIONS

Any notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will become the property of GLOBALSeek.net throughout the universe and GLOBALSeek.net shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. When you submit material to GLOBALSeek.net’s Web Sites, you agree that GLOBALSeek.net has the right to publish the material for any type of use as outlined above including promotional and advertising purposes.

GLOBALSeek.net is not responsible for any material posted on our Chat Forums. You shall not submit or otherwise publish through such Chat Forums any content which:

i) libels, defames, invades privacy, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening;

ii) infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks;

iii) violates any law;

iv) advocates illegal activity;

v) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services; (collectively “Non-Approved Material”).

If at GLOBALSeek.net’s request you send certain specific submissions (e.g., postings to chats, message boards, or contests) or, despite our request that you not send us any other creative materials, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, the “Submissions”), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of GLOBALSeek. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of GLOBALSeek, and GLOBALSeek shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

“Forum” means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function offered as part of GLOBALSeek.net. It is our policy to respect the privacy of all guests. Do not post or upload any threatening or libelous e-mails or material on this site that would be considered a violation of any law. GLOBALSeek.net will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing GLOBALSeek.net to disclose the identity of anyone posting or uploading any such e-mails or materials.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all GLOBALSeek site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from GLOBALSeek if in GLOBALSeek’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other GLOBALSeek site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
